HARDCORPS HISTORY

In response to the overwhelming criminal activity and public deterioration that engulfed the city, a bill was passed giving individual corporations the right to form their own security forces. For a small fee, these new security forces would also help police the cities.  The remaining sections of law enforcement dissolved or joined with these new organizations.  The most notable of these security forces was called HARDCORPS lead by Colonel John Blade.  HARDCORPS became a beacon of hope in a city seemingly incapable of redemption.  Under Blade's command, HARDCORPS established a reputation as a fierce fighting force for justice in Freeport.
